Mike Dillard

Mike Dillard, the creator of Magnetic Sponsoring has an extremely well known name in the home business industry, particularly whenever one gets involved in the world of internet network marketing.  But who is he, and how did he become known as one of the founders of the attraction marketing and internet network marketing movement?  That is the fundamental question this review covers.

As with many famous people in the network marketing industry, much of what you hear about is their success stories, not necessarily the story behind all of the pain and frustration behind what made Mike Dillard who he is today, before the time of his authoring of Magnetic Sponsoring or MLM Traffic Formula 2 .

Famous for “from waiting tables to 7-figures in 18 months”, when you start reading a little bit about the background behind him, you understand that he struggled for literally years before success.

Mike has his own days of calling friends and family, passing out flyers, and talking endlessly about “the plan”.  After passing from opportunity to opportunity, he learned that success did not come from without, but rather from what lies within oneself.

Another core fundamental principle that he discovered was that, and I am paraphrasing here, that the world pays you what kind of value you deliver to it, and nothing more.

So, from that point on Mike Dillard became an astute student of marketing, who, among others he studied most notably, Dan Kennedy, Perry Marshall and Joe Schroeder, among others.

His basic philosophy, as I have heard, in regards to building a network marketing business involves mastery of three skills:  traffic generation, conversion through copywriting, and being a leader and “Alpha Networker”.  While these are in no particular order they are all crucial to becoming a leader in a home business and growing a thriving downline and attracting other leaders into your business.

While I don’t know him personally, his cultivation and mastery of these fundamental skills are what made him successful in first Xango, and then WMI, or Wealth Masters International.
